1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is shipped
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States (Domestic) – All 50 states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
  • International Shipping – Selected countries worldwide (please see checkout for availability)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via our website or the shipping carrier’s site.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase or shipping cost.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, but occasional delays can occur due to:

  • Weather or natural events
  • Carrier volume surges
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. If you notice an error, email us immediately at [email protected]. Once your package ships, we cannot change the address.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
