1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Note: Final sale items, discounted products, or items purchased during promotional campaigns may not be eligible for return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos of the item(s), if damaged or defective

We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the appropriate return address.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns
  • Please do not return items without contacting us first

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or washing
  • Returns received after the 30-day window
  • Packages lost during return transit (unless tracked)

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
